Royal Pool Service provided me with excellent service. As a first time pool owner, I never closed a pool for the winter before and Aleks and his guys did a great job explaining the process. They arrived early, kept me informed along the way and did an overall great job! I'm definitely going to be calling them again when I need service!

Besides those listed above, installed a new in-ground pool heating system.

Had a substantial leak in my circulation system and needed it re-plumbed. Several companies refused the work or were booked 6-8 weeks out. Sent an email and received a response in 2 business days. They offered to arrive by the end of the week. Exchanged several emails about the job. Arrived around 8:30a on a Saturday. Completed the job by 11:30, including a slight change to the scope of work. They also checked my skimmer for any additional leaks. It's been two weeks, no leaks or problems. Very satisfied and will use them again.
