How to use
Ensure all spa and hot tub equipment is working properly. Backwash and/or clean the filter system following the manufacturer’s directions. Adjust the pH to 7.2 to 7.6. Water should be balanced and the chlorine or bromine level should be 0.5 to 3.0 ppm. When using other products as outlined in the directions for this product, always follow directions on those products.
- While the cover is still on the spa, remove all debris and standing water.
- If desired, the cover may then be removed and placed or spread on a smooth, flat surface.
- Pour SunGuard Spa Cover Cleaner onto a sponge or directly on the cover surface and apply evenly over the entire cover. If necessary, brush or scrub the cover with a nylon bristle brush to loosen debris or stains.
- Rinse off loosened soils with water and let dry.
- Remove any concentrated spills of this product from patios and lawns by flushing with water from a garden hose.
NOTE: SunGuard Spa Cover Cleaner may also be used to clean vinyl or plastic patio furniture, umbrellas, awnings, boat covers, solar blankets, and other deck accessories.
